REMINDER - BULKY ITEMS DISPOSAL

Tuesday, May 25, 2021

Dear Residents,

We have noticed recently that there are bulky items disposed at common areas like basement carpark and back gate.

Please be reminded that residents should arrange their own contractors to dispose their renovation debris or bulky items or wait for the Open TOP Container (OTC) or skip tank arranged every 2 months once.

The OTC will be placed near the bin centre for residents to dispose their bulky waste. OTC is arranged to be placed on 28 May 2021 this month and will be taken back on 01 June 2021.

You may contact the management office during office hours at 6446 7035 for further clarifications.

Thank you.

LITTERING/THROWING OF CIGARETTE BUTTS

Wednesday, May 19, 2021

Dear Residents,

We have recently received complaints that cigarettes butts were thrown from the windows or balconies and it landed on the lower floor units. This inconsiderate behaviour causes not only a nuisance to your neighbours but also act as a potential fire hazard.

Cigarette butts were also found at the basement carparks. Please remember that smoking in the common area is prohibited as per by-law. Necessary action will be taken against offenders if caught.

We requested all the residents to be more considerate and refrain from littering and throwing of cigarette butts for a safe and clean environment.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Nani
